4.Make sure you have an opt-out option. You want to make sure that if people choose not to get emails from you anymore, they can have them stopped. You can achieve this via an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
5.Never spam! Spamming is when you are sending emails that someone has not signed up to receive.
